Ashthon Jones, the Nashville-born, Atlanta-based powerhouse behind Songbird Recordz, is back with her most personal and vulnerable track to date, “Hunting Season.” Produced by Roberto Fusco Di Maso, the single dives deep into a chapter of Ashthons life that was marked by pain and resilience. Written during a dark and abusive period in her past, the song served as a lifeline before it became a full fledged release. With lyrics like “I’m shooting till my gun smokes just like cigarettes,” Ashthon paints a vivid picture of survival and defiance, making “Hunting Season” a fierce testament to healing and reclaiming power.
Though she’s already achieved impressive milestones, including her single “Pop Out” reaching the top 8 on both US and UK charts and becoming the first Black woman in Nashville to secure a songwriting publishing deal, “Hunting Season” represents a different side of Ashthon Jones. It’s not just about chart success; it’s about vulnerability and authenticity. Her decade-plus career, which has included sharing the stage with Beyoncé, TLC, Fantasia, Ashanti, and more, has shaped her into a seasoned artist unafraid to push boundaries. This new single embodies that fearlessness, bringing her raw storytelling to the forefront while showcasing her signature vocal strength.
Beyond the music, she is building an empire rooted in artistry and opportunity. With plans in Honduras to create a concert venue that bridges artists from the U.S. and abroad, she’s determined to create new pathways for talent while expanding her own global footprint. But for now, “Hunting Season” marks a pivotal moment, a release of a long held song and a statement of resilience. And with her follow-up single “IDGAF” dropping on Halloween alongside its music video, it’s clear Ashthon Jones is entering a bold new chapter of her career.
His album, Denny Mode, has brought him instant success and made major waves in the industry. In an era where musical boundaries are increasingly blurred, Denny Strickland stands out as a pioneering force. His unique sound is more than a fusion – it’s a bold evolution that resonates deeply with audiences. With significant achievements across charts, radio, and national tours, one thing is clear: Denny Strickland has earned his place – and he’s not going anywhere.

EXTRAORDINAIRE and CRISIS THA RHYME DON Money Weight ft. RastasWorld Lyrics:
I done put on a little Money Weight
I done put on a little Money Weight
I done put on a little Money Weight
Now It’s time to go celebrate
Bad man from the promised land
Got a lot of money and my dick in hand
Got no time for the small talk so if so talk to the hand
Y’all damn frauds get cut off
Keep bad broads get nut off
Bleed me dry like a blood clot
Sh hard-headed but her butt soft
Girl already on my nerves so
I kick that ass to the curb bro
Book a flight to the West Coast
l’m Extraordinary I do the most
Not enough on my plate at Nobu
So I head to In and Out for the drive-thru
It’s ok but no five dudes
Now it’s off to the strip club for live nudes
All of y’all looking yall lame
Maybe should step up your game
Work harder to build up your name
Quit looking for someone to blame
Mane I’m going all in
Time to turn up and turn up again
All that my team do is win
All yall do is ride bench
I done put on a little Money Weight
I done put on a little Money Weight
I done put on a little Money Weight
Now It’s time to go celebrate
I done put on a little Money Weight
I done put on a little Money Weight
I done put on a little Money Weight
Now It’s time to go celebrate
Let’s go to Mexico
I do not know this ho but she know hella folks
I put her on payroll
I go where she say so loading the draco
One thing I don’t play though
Don’t play with my bankroll doe
It’s time for another boat and I got my skates hoe
Make sure it’s adding up
Fuck it I’m busting a bag rebag it up
A gram I ain’t passing up
You get to your last you find yourself rolling up
Fuck it we gassing up
Pull up the foreign and hop in the Maxima
We getting there fast as fuck
We pick up the pack we driving a old lady yeah
No time for fucking up
The time that you wasting the time you be counting
It ain’t no stopping us
Like literally on the road we ain’t stopping bruh
Coming for niggas ahead of us
The rest of you niggas no catching up
Stay on the road for a living bruh
You ain’t moving if you standing there
I done put on a little Money Weight
I done put on a little Money Weight
I done put on a little Money Weight
Now It’s time to go celebrate
Hell yeah I done got fat cause I done put on a lil money weight
But I ain’t celebrating just yet til I hit the bottom of my fucking
Road trips to go checks and them dope chunks without selling dope

Houston hip hop artist and Kappa Alpha Psi member PA The Writer released his song ‘We The Nupes’ in late 2023. This song garnered over 250,000 streams, viral video reactions, and a lot of attention amongst the Divine 9 and HBCU communities. PA decided it would be a good idea to add some of his fraternity brothers from all over the country to the viral hit with the intent to broaden its awareness amongst more Kappa chapters and their cities. This is how the ‘We The Nupes Remix’ was formed and it features Larry Jr, Dawn Mula, Abu Da Don, Ricardo P, Outta Space, and Clay James. Once Atlanta rising star Clay James added a verse to the song it instantly began to get more attention and awareness amongst the hip hop community. While Clay was attending Georgia State University, Outkast legend Big Boi took him under his wing and became his mentor. A few years later Clay James signed his first record deal with rap legend Snoop Dogg’s Doggystyle Records imprint. With a co-sign from Big Boi and a record deal with Snoop Dogg, Clay James began to receive global exposure. Clay James saw that PA The Writer was looking for more Nupes to add to the promising song and he reached out. Shortly after, clips of Clay recording his verse began to go viral on Instagram and Facebook. This prompted PA to go ahead and get the song finished and shoot the music video. This video was shot in Houston, Harlem, and Atlanta at Morris Brown College. Today, PA The Writer releases the highly anticipated ‘We The Nupes Remix’ Music Video on YouTube and it will be premiering soon on BET Jams. You will be able to catch PA The Writer and Clay James performing their parts from the remix at the AGP Fest Presented By Atlanta Greek Picnic in the Atlantic Station Pinnacle Lot on July 26th, tickets are on sale now.
OT Deezy pulls no punches in this ruthless new single “Who Wants Smoke” — a straight-up club and street banger packed with raw energy, sharp bars, and knockout production. The video goes just as hard: dark, aggressive, and unapologetic.
